Hello from the Younode PR Team!
It has been a little while since our last update. This time, we'd like to share a new tradition that has become part of our regular team meetings, along with the latest news from some of our projects.
Sharing Stories from the Weekend
Once a week, during our regular company meeting, we set aside some time for everyone to talk about what they did over the weekend.
We originally introduced this activity to give our Bangladeshi team members more opportunities to speak and listen to Japanese.
The conversations usually focus on everyday moments, such as places people visited, food they tried, or how they spent time at home. Although it began as a way to practice Japanese, it has also become a chance for us to catch up with one another.
Many of us at Younode work remotely, so opportunities to talk about things outside of work can be limited unless we make time for them. These conversations may be brief, but they have become a relaxed and enjoyable part of our week—a chance to step away from work for a moment and connect as a team.
Recently, team members have shared stories about joining a local Bon Odori festival, watching a baseball game at ES CON FIELD, and climbing Mount Yotei. It sounds like everyone has been making the most of summer 😊
Project Updates
The web application project that entered full-scale development in April is now in its final stages. Although we cannot share the details of the project, the team is carrying out final checks and making small adjustments ahead of delivery.
Over the past five months, the project members have worked closely together, reviewing progress and discussing each step along the way. There is only a little more to go before delivery, and we will continue moving forward steadily!
At the same time, several new projects are getting underway. Meetings and preparations are currently in progress for each one. As always, we will work carefully and collaboratively as a team!

It is already the second half of August—time really does fly 😱
