In 2026, we will continue to operate our business around two core pillars: our media business centered on our proprietary product PULP, and our contract development business through DigitalLab.

For new initiatives that last year were focused mainly on concepts and early prototypes, this year we aim to move into a phase of delivering them to real customers and iterating through improvements based on feedback.

Over the past year, our focus extended beyond product development to areas such as organizational design, compensation, contracts, finance, and even topics that may seem distant from business at first glance, including history and geopolitics. All of these ultimately connect to the same questions: what truly lasts, and what are our values?

Rather than chasing short-term results, we place importance on the repeatability of our decisions and the consistency of our choices. By looking more closely at what truly matters, we aim to provide services that are grounded in our team’s shared values and principles.

In managing the organization, we were once again reminded of how difficult it is to balance delegation, trust, and staying engaged without neglect. We feel that sharing not only skills, but also ways of thinking and decision-making processes, leads to the most reliable and steady progress.

This year as well, together with our team, clients, and collaboration partners, we will continue to create new value under our vision, “Create the Alternative.”
